Systems setup:

Once we have built your ultimate system we will be happy to set it all up at the location of your choice-either home or office.

Setup fees will be included in the total estimate for the cost of building a custom system. Most systems can be setup and running within 30 minutes or less. However, setup fees may be higher for more complex systems that require additional time to setup.*

Once the system has been setup we will then provide up to 60 minutes of free education on your new system. If you would then like any additional software installed we charge a flat fee of $35.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.**

If you recently purchased a "name brand" system from a major retailer and are not sure how to set it up or configure it, we can also help you with that, just give us a call!***

**Only the operating system will be installed during the initial build. Additional software installation is the customers responsibility.
***Warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the system, or through the original point of purchase. RiverStone Computer Systems will not be held liable for any part of the system not operating properly after setup.
