We will always be honest and up-front about what we do, or cannot do for you. If we cannot provide a service, or feel it is above our abilities, we will always try to recommend someone who can. Good customer service means helping the customer get the issue resolved, even if this means recommending someone else! We will always work closely with you, our customer, to ensure your needs are met, and satisfied.
